We know May is busy holiday time in Europe so plenty out and about this weekend. Here is a shot of St Goarshausen taken from castle ruins above St Goar on other side if the Rhine. We will generally walk some where near the tops of the hills and come down to accommodation on the river each night. Early morning climb and late day drop down into town. Looks good. We reach St Goarshausen on walk day 6.
Plenty of people our vintage enjoying a ferry ride home after a day out and about. Lots of locals and lots or tourists too.
Most riders seem to be fairly casual about things and there are good paths. Might try this with Yvonne one day.
